3 months ago... I shared a screenshot of my mod in Discord. One of my friends said, "Bro... the lighting," and I asked, "What about the lighting? lighting good," and again he said, "It's so inconsistent. Send me the mod; I can fix it if you want." So after some chit-chat for a bit, I gave him my mod. After he was checking out, he sent me a screenshot and said, "What happened? no house. I think I know why. You have to put the assets you used into the mods folder," then I realized I had forgotten to put the assets. bruh"
after putting all my assets in my mod folder. But something happened to the textures. The assets were fine, but some of the textures were missing, and I sent a screenshot to him, but he just said, "Just sendt. I'll fix it. The assets aree. I'll fix it," and I said, "I don't know why the loading is taking so long." I had realized again my mod is corrupted, and another chit-chat lol. Then I finally gave him the better version, but something weird happened. He said, "IT WON'T SHOW UP IN THE MOD LIST," and he restarted his mod kit. Then he also realized it must be his mod kit, so he restarted his PC, and my mod couldn't get fixed due to some glitches and issues. But something even weirder happened... My mod kit was glitching, and... I decided to reinstall my mod kit and start a new, fresh mod kit, but I'll have to recreate my mod from scratch. since my current PC doesn't have enough space. I'll be working on a new PC instead this summer, and right now I'm taking a break from the mod kit until I get a new gaming PC. And the last thing he said "Your mod is broken; it's not loading to my mod kit. I've done everything." Okay, but I'll be recreating my mod.
I fully don't understand what caused the corruption/glitches, but one thing's for sure: I'm not cancelling this mod. I'm planning to rewrite the story and gameplay, and I'm aiming for a late 2026 or early 2026 release (indeed still). I regret all the hard work and things I did for my mod. I have to do it all over again in a better way.
