I'm practising my "Day of the Tentacle" styled backgrounds for "Tale of the Salesman" at the minute, I think this one looks more DotT like than the acid river BG to be honest.
I even looked into the artwork by Maurice Noble.

I remember making this sprite sheet a while ago.
#Undertale10 I never played Undertale besides the Demo of it (and only played a little bit of chapter I of Deltarune).
But it was so everywhere online that I ended up learning about most of it from gameplay videos and even ended up watching fan-animations
