Game
Five Nights at Candy's Remastered (Official)

I'm taking it slow from now on. The game is almost done, but it has to be truly FINISHED before I can release it. I half-rushed the original game 4 years ago, and it was full of bugs at that point. This time it needs to be right. (More in the devlog.)

I've been working on this for about 1½ weeks, and every day I've woken up at 9 AM, and worked almost entirely from 10 AM till midnight, were I'd go to sleep. That kind of rhythm takes a toll on you.

The game is like, 99% done, at least with what is needed for the game to even function properly. But there are things I wanted to add from the beginning that I yesterday thought weren't going to make it into the game due to time constraints. One of these things for example is updated phone-calls, which I know many people want and are looking forward to!

So yeah, no more faux releases. The game releases when it's ready, which is still soon, but not so as soon as some of you might've wanted.

One thing you also need to remember is that I am just a regular guy, making these games in my spare time. And I want this done as fast as I can so I can continue making other games that I also need to finish. That, coupled with the fact that this game has had a way shorter development time than any of the previous FNAC games, is why I kept making release dates. And issues with development, my underestimation, and my excitement were the reason behind the delays.

Thanks yet again for your patience! I can assure you the game will be worth the wait.

Shoobies leave a sticky trail of mucus in their wake, which can impede movement for any creature that steps in it.

Today I was setting up the location of the first boss. His name is "Father" and he is the first of the Patagonians. His task is to guard the road to the House.🛡🗡 Bookmark pre-launch page🔖🔖🔖

What you all think

A house I've built a while ago. :)

It nicely separates the snowy biome from the grassy one.

It's built with painted Ebonstone.

Spaaaace~

These are background sprites I've created for a game I'm working on at school ^w^ Click on the post to see how the sprites connect. You won't regret it! (personally, I think it's pretty heheh)

Drawn in Piskel using my mouse. Whaddya think?
