Meet Asteria! My dw oc ig

She was two abilities:

(ACTIVE) Star powder: only works on blackouts! The toon will rub some sort of powder against her hands and emit a bright light that can cover 30%-40% of the map for 15 seconds. This ability will nerf the toon's stealth to 1. Has a cooldown of 50 seconds.

(ACTIVE) constellation: the toon grants another toon a heart that works like a shield for 3-5 floors. Has a cooldown of 85 seconds.

(DW players will understand more.)

Changed her outfit a bit, elongated her tail and gave it spikes along with the head. I also took away the ribcage cuz 2 rib cages...? what- changed her arms and expression!
