basically, it's an omnipresent entity that's meant to be a manifestation of someone's intrusive thoughts

I say it's omnipresent because it exists for everyone, but it changes from person to person

whoever sees it, it usually takes their basic form, but applies their intrusive thoughts to their look (example: something you've thought of doing or have done to yourself) but greatly exaggerated

only thing it shares in appearance with anyone that sees it is that their eyes will always be scribbled out. (like if you know what a partial censor looks like, basically like that) though it does have eyes but it rarely ever shows them

speaking of the scribble, words can be displayed on it, they usually just insult whoever it's mimicking
