200gr sugar
And mount together
Melt 1/2 bar of chocolate (50gr) with 2 tablespoons of coffee and 135gr butter or margarine
Add to the eggs and add 135gr of flour and 2 teaspoons of yeast
180 degree oven for 35 minutes.
For the cream:
Cook in a saucepan 250ml cream with 200gr sugar 150gr butter.
Stirring constantly. Boil for 10 15 minutes, and add a chocolate bar with hazelnuts (200gr). Once the chocolate has melted, cook until the sauce is thick and shiny.
Let the cake cool a bit before eating;)
