MR_KNOWS_IT_ALL: MR_KNOWS_IT_ALL is a character from a app that was created by Yo Tengo T Electronics in 2004. The app was used for asking yes or no questions, and when you asked he would get the question right. Sometimes he would even ask you questions.
Shoobies leave a sticky trail of mucus in their wake, which can impede movement for any creature that steps in it.
