i need help working on my rpg maker game (check the article)


so im working on a rpg maker game and i want it so when a enemy reaches its HP below 50% of its HP i want it so 2 extra enemies spawn, i dont know how to do this because well sure im good at most stuff in rpg maker but only the basic stuff so like please help me
