Idk what to do, sometimes my bf reminds me of some of my ex, and idk if that's a bad way to think, but rn i need to talk to somebody about it...

Me and him had a fight, over something stupid, and then he's like "I'm gonna hurt myself" and I tell him not to and stuff because I don't want him to hurt himself, but then he's like "You don't love me. I did something wrong us that why?" Like omg please stop.. He knows that many of my ex would say stuff like "You don't love me" "I'm gonna cut myself because of you" "If you leave I'll kms" and so many other things like that

Idk if he's doing it on purpose or he genuinely doesn't mean it, it's the first time he's done this but idk what to do I can't take stuff like this, I don't want anybody to hurt themselves because of me..

Fuck I feel like a shitty girlfriend.
