I nerfed the sunsetter and his shoot skill, now it have cooldown, joel can't use his sp charge skill and only have a 50% of applied rupture.

My original idea for making Ross a playable character was simply to recolor him.
Then I realized it would be funny if he lost his infinity in the game, but still had his jersey, meaning he's still a franchisee after all, is just goofy and fit with him
