I never realized how much my music helped me be stable at school

And since my phone now won't work with my headphones cause the port for my headphones broke yesterday, I have no music


I literally feel like I'm in hell rn, my chest hurts a bit, my throat feels weird (and it gets that way when my thoughts get really dark, or disturbing) and I can't even focus much rn

And my leg won't stop shaking

I'll be surprised if I can put a mask on later, but rn, I definitely can't even if I tried
