Starrune: Supernova

Currently development on Starrune: Supernova is pretty slow.

I am not cancelling the game, but development is currently practically on halt. Perhaps development will get in motion again, perhaps it won't.

But I won't continue development on Starrune: Supernova on my own, it would need either my co-dev or someone else to get it back in motion.

Who knows, perhaps it will get back in motion shortly, perhaps the project will freeze for good.

But hey, even if it won't be Starrune: Supernova, I develop other games and do other things. Such as Shilka's Adventure!

I turned the night sky background into a simple border for those who prefer their games with a border.

I also plan to finish this before DELTARUNE CHAPTER 5 releases, even if it means it will be smaller than planned, I am doing great progress!

I may not work that much on it, but I do make slow and steady progress. Here are some plants to make the hotel less dull, just like how real plants make areas more colorful! How immersive!

Started working on another "Small standalone fangame that maybe appears within Starrune as bonus content which semi-expands the world as it is a game in game."

This time a remake of an obscure SEGA text adventure spinoff, what fun!

STARRUNE POPSTAR ON ANDROID IS RAPIDLY APPROACHING!

I am currently in the process of tweaking the game to ensure it runs well on weaker hardware, meaning that some rooms will have less enemies.

That version also fixes the green soul not working on 30 FPS.

It's been a while. We're still very far from being even halfway done, but here's a look at the new intro. Of course, in the future, it'll probably be much more cinematic, but we're not there yet, sadly.

The TALK menu will hold plenty for you to discover based on certain conditions. This dialouge will be for after you talked to Mari, explaining her presence within Dreamland.

Here is the full night sky, I was thinking about making the room scrool with a panorama effect but decided against it so the larger panorama night sky I drew didn't come into effect.

But here it is anyhow.

I added in an NPC to the Hive area who complains about the ladybug dodging challenge. A challenge that expects you to no hit attacks that heavily rely on RNG, a not so popular addition. Share your pain with a cameo NPC!
