New roll sprites

The routine to get the tail sprites was removed as a result

Here i changed the head to that of the walking head since the original happened to be a leftover from an early build (no im not joking)

-removing nemesis compression entirely and replacing with kosinski

-read blocks and chunks from rom

-extend to 256 chunks

source image now is the full 4:3 origin, and acommodates with v30 mode (as demonstrated here)
