I think Dusttale sans's LV is 13 because if you think about it. After a regular undertale genocide you have LV of 20 and that's after you killed every monster according to dialogues. But in Dusttale you only have LV 7 and with my not so good math knowledgement it's around 13 because 20-7=13 meaning Dusttale sans LV is 13. Thank you for reading
