Just to have you enageged with the app so you see more ads and negative stuff that simply traps you in a virtual reality thats easier to handle than real problems, and their special weapon is negativity, specially from the disgrace that happens daily, fights on comments, crimes happening online (Pedophilia, sexual harassment, etc), the reason why posts like this are allowed on places like twitter or why they constantly reappear on gamejolt is cause these things are what keep people engaged with scolling, with interacting with others, that is, in using more the app, thats why theres pratically no filters in crimes you can find in the internet, because basically everything is allowed in social media, the lack of laws/rules in social media makes it even more easy for bad stiff to happen frequently, thats why pratically nude, pornographic photos onlime arent as much censored, because like it or not the addiction to porn is also another thing that gives them money.

I dont really know what to make out of this situation, because its true, it happens, but personally, ive managed to deal with it in a certain way, which i will share (not sure it will help)

I've learnt to use less my phone, like, really forcing yourself to not use it to check if someone sent a mensage, focus on the now, in what matters, do the work, the project, whatever youve been procastinating, and to do that keep your phone away from you if you cant control the urge to check it. Really, turn off your phone completly and put it aside, if you require some sort of device for what you need to do, then use a computer, if you have one, or try to use your phone only for said activity and nothing more than that
