Dr. Silver originates as a Silver Mario from a directly parallel universe to FNaS, one which doesn’t have a provided name because it’s irrelevant. The main differences to note is that he gets possessed by Waluigi prior to the FNaS 3 equivalent, and for the FNaS 5 stand-in, he decides to traverse different universes instead of time travel, as well as fixing up his body and acquiring a shard of the Black Jewel from Wario World as a weapon (though he doesn’t always have full control over it).
While he tries to cause chaos anywhere he likes, Dr. Silver’s notoriety is B-tier at best. Reflective of Waluigi’s original antics, his schemes are ambitious and often with a lot of flair, but the level of planning and degrees of success are nowhere near that of Dr. Golden’s. The only thing Silver’s truly beaten him at is retaining control of his body, which I suppose isn’t nothing.
Outside of schemes, his personality and traits are largely similar to Waluigi’s, as he’s egotistical, crafty, and prone to misfortune. His jealousy and desire for all the glory are what powers his Black Jewel shard. He’s also quick to anger if defeated or insulted, but if this backfires on him, he will immediately fall back and try to retreat, which he often can.
Also, his shoes are rocket boots. Epic.
