edit: thanks to SpecterReaper I have finally figured out that what you have to do is delete lines 799 to 845 and the numbers will start appearing again.

I've made a discovery that it's something in the Vic Basic Module script that disables numbers appearing when using percentages in items or skills.

In RPG Maker VX Ace you can have a max map size of 500 by 500.
The question is why.
