each neo has a emblem on the character that represents Undertale or Deltarune
Mettaton Neo has hearts representing the motif of heart/souls in undertale
Spamton Neo has the triangle which represents the Fun gang and are found in the Deltarune symbol
It seem that each neo emblem represents an important symbol which is intressing to think about

calling neowire I think the cannon version would be closser to this (not style in deltarune sprites at all just)
