Mettaton Neo has hearts representing the motif of heart/souls in undertale
Spamton Neo has the triangle which represents the Fun gang and are found in the Deltarune symbol
It seem that each neo emblem represents an important symbol which is intressing to think about
I made a new oc Dead-eye sans play guitar and is bounty hunter(take jobs from all around the underverse) and more
