For context, I was looking through Reddit when I saw a post about a Super Mario Movie theory. Then I looked through the replies and found this one that made me remember something and I just had the urge to post this.

Now, what's the main issue here? It's that a lot of people think he'll be in the movie without really explaining anything. Like, what's his point in the story? Why would HE of all characters be in the movie? Also, I highly doubt anyone working at Nintendo or Illumination really remembers him.
