Game
Scooped!

I want to go ahead and explain the inactivity on my part.

Some, especially those who are aware of the game jam and it's finishing date of June 16th, may be confused at the lack of final patch.

Basically, to put it simply, the game collapsed under it's own weight. the coding was all sloppy, and since I never made an attempt to optimize it, it slowly became more and more of a hassle to even try to do something. I made the mistake of telling myself that sloppy, messy code is okay, because it's a game jam. However, I didn't realize that the only person messy code would frustrate is myself. I had big visions for this game, as well as tons of fun post-release content, but in it's current state, adding anything new to the game is way too hard. In the end, I began to procrastinate, as I'd rather work on [x] than the messy pile of code this game is made of. I may or may not release one last limited beta either on the 15th or early 16th. Some day I may return to this game, since I think it's a really neat topic with a ton of potential, but right now I can't be bothered.

New Teaser - The Incinerator

Sorry if it seems a bit sudden considering I just said I was resuming, but development is gonna slow down a bit. more details in the image attached, since I didn't want to type the whole thing again.

New Teaser

FAZBEAR ARMAGEDDON - 1.0.1 IS OUT NOW.

Scooped! Level editor sneak peek! Maps can be exported to a file, and loaded back into the editor, a standalone program separate from the game. Currently working on importing said maps into scooped, as well as the ability to place other entity types.

New level editor preview!

The original level editor was just clunky, and the data exported from the editor was extremely hard to assemble in-game. So, I'm creating a new editor that allows angles, and works on an edge-based rather than grid-based system.

Beta screenshot released!
