I want to make a new game.

I've been quite inactive on Game Jolt the past few years. I've kept saying that Shannon's Nights of Mares (name change for classified reasons) isn't cancelled, but I just don't know what direction I want to go with it now. Its future is uncertain.

So instead I want to try to devote time to one of my more interesting ideas. It's called "The Small Ones", and it originated as Pokemon fan story, which I've been retrofitting to make it so it's an original premise.

The Small Ones is a turn-based RPG that was influenced by the three games of the Mother series (Earthbound), and I want it to be an RPG with some REALLY cool battle mechanics, as well as a hidden story that gets more revealed as it goes on.

The only thing is, as you guys have seen, I'm not very good at drawing, and I want to spend more time working on the actual programming of the game. That was one of the problems ShNoM had. So I hope that I could possibly find a graphics artist that could match my unique artstyle.

The Small Ones is one of my biggest passion projects, so I hope very soon we can start development on it. And it will be in Clickteam as well.

Thank you. ~ Celery

Just as Pecaminosa's musicians #improvise this rendition of #LittleSunflower 🌻, so do we improvise with this post you're reading. 😂

What's coming out of your own improvs? 🤔

Here's a peaceful little forest scene for this #screenshotsaturday, from the beginning of the game.

I have added rewards for quests so that villagers can give you something in return for your hard work helping them. 🥳

I want to know - what's your favourite quest reward?

Just a Pico sprite

Hi everyone! I started to create some environment props for my new video game, here is a cozy house in the forest. I'm planning to switch from Unity to Unreal... Let's see what new challenges I have to face. Made in Blender and Substance Painter.

Today I tackled drawing different variations of facial expressions for one of the main characters in Eden. What do you think of it? :) Eden: https://gamejolt.com/games/Eden/592698
