That's a complete lie.

I blocked him cause of his sexualized avatar (He changed the avatar as of now), he also posted an image of 1x1x1x1 naked in my group chat, and tried to say that it's "not" NSFW.

First he said "if you don't like my content then block me", now he accuses me of being "homophobic" for blocking him. 💀

This picture in his avatar was the reason why I blocked him, not because of his account's banner:
