First off we have the skins....

Based of the amount we gotten so far, we have 27 skins...

And now we go into characters

-We have the whole fnaf 1 gang(being freddy, bonnie, chica, cupcake, foxy, endo, and golden freddy) which starts of as 7 characters.

-Then we got fnaf 2( Some of the toy animatronics and shadow bonnie) that has 7 characters( because of toy cupcake I'm counting him in) that adds up to 14 characters.

-Then we have springtrap, so that makes it 15 now....

-Then we got Fnaf 4, The Jack-o's, Pumpkin, and Plushtrap, which add up to 19

-Then it comes to the difficult part...Sister location

You have the 3, Ballora, Baby, and 8 bit baby

So that's 22

And then you got the Minireenas....

Based on the amount of gameplay I've watched, from the ones that block your screen.

(which is 3 of them for each time they block your screen, and they block your screen about 3 times before you have to collect the ones on the floor)

to the ones broken on the floor(which is also at least 3)

To even in sister location custom night...

there is about 9 of them....

So that makes it...31

And that makes it 32....

32!!!!!

-Overall, in the whole general characters as in ones that fight you and the ones that don't, theres alot more than I expected...

Practically 32 to 27
