I've heard you can only use it connected to the internet. So you need to always be connected- you don't just download games or pop in a cartridge and play freely. Defeats the purpose of having a handheld when you travel or go somewhere w/o access. You can pay extra for a physical copy of a game but there is no game on the cartridge. You're paying for a passkey that can be legally deactivated by N at any time for any reason (and you still need internet to work). This isn't a true handheld console anymore and you own no game you buy. And yet presales are sold out. This sounds terrible. What am i missing? How is this a good thing?
