I was playing Upward and when going into the tunnel's entrance I was on the cart, then the others kept pushing the cart and I got stuck in the ceiling, I couldn't move. I had to wrangle a sentry so I could die and respawn.

Just a random thought but I might have predicted some things that appear in Cuphead's DLC when I was making a joke fangame with very poor quality in March, but what did I coincidentally predict exactly?
