Kmart founded before Walmart founded and Walmart beat Kmart with the number of stores! Kmart shut down all stores for good due to the bankruptcy, and Walmart shut down some stores for good due to like, underperformance, shoplifters, and many more!

This is one of Kmart in Illinois! Well, my mom went there back in 2003! That one got shut down for good in 2013! And Walmart took over that Kmart store in 2016, but it got shut down for good in 2023!

There are still Kmart in Australia! And I wish that Kmart in the USA didn't get shut down for good!
