If you are one of those people that bicker about "where is the download"/"where can i download the game" then I advise you stop. I know that most of the people that do that won't see this but I hoping that they will because this issue is something that make's Amolio and the team filled with 'exhaustion, disappointment and infuriated'. So to answer your question, there is no download and there will never be a download until most likely this month, December or January. (this is a prediction not a release date)
