I wrote a thingy. It's not very good, but I'm still feeling the feels from something so enjoy!


I look in the mirror and what do I see

A version of myself who hates me

I locked those thoughts away so long ago

The memories of her were supposed to be gone

But why they're back, I just don't know

These emotions are just a pawn in her old game

I never get the controller, I just watch the screen

And all these emotions make me scream

But screams won't break glass, they won't bring her back

All they bring are those feelings from so long ago

Even though it was just a couple days

I could never shake the thought of her gaze

Shining like sapphire, lighter than light

Whenever I was darkened, she'd bring back the bright

But not anymore.
