Ideas for my Settings Menu (I predict that I left some typos here. So much for self confidence..)

Before I begin, I want to say that you're FORCED into a warning/disclaimer screen and THEN the settings menu before anything else. This is because I may have an intro cutscene that includes a bunch of stuff that should be controlled by the player. You can always go to the settings again when you reach the main menu.

LEGACY MODE or ULTIMATE MODE:

Ultimate Mode is the default that features a boss fight and my redesigns for certain characters. Nothing much to say since it's just the default and how the game will be.

Legacy Mode replaces designs with their earliest counterparts (that I could find). No boss fights or anything and also scrapped/dropped/original mechanics that are no longer here. Legacy Mode only changes things in the main 7 nights, not Night 8, Post Nights, Minigames, Hallucinations, and cutscenes. It doesn't have a custom night as well. You can get achievements you'd get in Ultimate Mode as well, so Ultimate isn't required, but RECOMMENDED since it's way better looking, and as I said, the default. This mode is only recommended for players that want to see what the game looked at beginning, and what it almost was.

For Hard Mode and Survival Mode, they can't be accessed through the settings since they are only things you get when you complete or are near game completion. I say this is a good idea for Hard Mode since only the players that done hours on this game AND STILL AREN'T TIRED and what something even more would do it. Hard Mode isn't required, since it may almost be impossible. Please note that Hard Mode, like Legacy, only affects Nights 1-7. You start off in a MAIN NIGHT (like N1-7) with everyone active on it. The only difference is that everyone is at 0 at first and then go to 20. The only thing it affects is the night's length, so you know what? You can activate Hard Mode and Endless at the same time (which I imagine to be hell. I'm too afraid to even TEST that shit). Survival Mode is just endless. In fact, why didn't I just name it Endless Mode instead of Survival? Endless Mode is literally what it is and provides a better understanding of what the mode is better than "Survival Mode" does. Eh, I'll keep it anyways I guess...

VOLUME ADJUSTMENT:

In the name. This is a new thing to me, since I don't usually allow volume adjusting, just the one on your device. I also use the set volume to ____% block A LOT. So having to use a variable (user's volume choice) instead of a number I want is a game changer I'm not sure I'm cool with. Though, I'm trying to take things into consideration as much as I can. I also just want a settings menu :P

BRIGHTNESS ADJUSTMENT:

Same explanation and reasonings used in VOLUME ADJUSTMENT. One new thing I'd like to add is that I rarely use the brightness effect in Scratch at all. In fact, the only effects I use are pixelate and ghost (for fades). This will only apply to darkness or lights in the game. If I have to use the brightness effect for, let's say flashing lights, they won't be tied to that player choice variable, and instead FLASHING LIGHTS which I'll get into next.

FLASHING LIGHTS+TRIPPY EFFECTS:

Sadly, won't be able to be controlled since one character literally messes up the player's vision with flashy colors and eye strain, and I don't want to get rid of her entirely. I'll put this in either the warning or disclaimer (both?).

HORROR ELEMENTS:

This is a FNAF fan game that may fall into the "goofy funny, though at the same time a little spoopy" category. I'm not responsible for you. I'm not your babysitter, just don't play the GOSH damn game. If I had a mode for this, there would be no boss fight (the Twisteds and their Ichor gore, and just regular blood gore and creepy depictions), my lovely depictions of $v1c1d3 and character violence and hallucinations, nor minigames since they will also have character violence. It wouldn't even be a game at that point...just a sad little fart.

JUMPSCARES:

You know what... maybe I wanna take back 2% of what I said in the previous section. I know there are some people that like horror games but can't handle a jumpscare for the death of them, so, these will be able to be toggled! You can be sent straight to the Game Over Screen.

30 OR 60 FPS

Last but not least, MOBILE or PC:

Self-explanatory. PC= hotkeys and kinda better. Mobile= mobile friendly, a whole lot of buttons in replacement of hotkeys, and for lazy PC players that DON'T like using hotkeys. PC players can just click on stuff in the mobile mode, like I said, kinda lazy. (Kinda hypocritical cuz past me would've took this route).

BYE, going back to scripting now!
