If someone says something and then does something like the exact opposite is he called a hypocrite?

Like are hypocrite people, the ones who says wrongly than what they do, or they even think differently depending on when you talk with them?

One thing has caught my attention, Sans could be either: a) firing up Frisk to kill Asgore

b) really believing Asgore would destroy humanity with 7 souls

c) wanting Frisk to actually give up on fighting Asgore and stay in The Underground (manipulation)

This was absolute garbage, I'm so happy I remade this take and made it original and cool and it's not just "RED ROOMS, RED ENEMIES, YOUR RED MOM"
