If the "use multiple inventories" plugin choice wins, (which results in old saves becoming incompatible,) I'll put the Halloween Plushsuits in Pompeador's shop for this December, so you wont have to sit around for a year waiting for them again

I've also made it so characters will passively gain +1 charge at the end of each turn, so it'll be easier to recharge to 3 points. If stacked with the new Headstart: Charge chip, you'll regain +2 at the end of each turn
