If you get d3dx9_42.dll error, here is what you should do:
FOR 64 BIT COMPUTERS
Download the DLLs (<-- click here)
Unpack Both DLL's (But keep track which is the 32 and 64 Version)
Paste the d3dx9_42_32BIT.dll File into the Folder: C:/Windows/SysWOW64/
Paste the d3dx9_42_64BIT.dll File into the Folder:
C:/Windows/System32/
Restart your PC!
FOR 32 BIT COMPUTERS
Paste the d3dx9_42_32BIT.dll File into the Folder: C:/Windows/SysWOW64/
Restart Your PC
