there was this update that represented the middle east/arabia and that cookie (her name is peppercorn cookie btw) had BOMBS wich ppl rlly reminded of terrorism so the game probably replaced the bombs whith smoke bombs but still they kept the bomb jelly set that was released during that update but they just changed the rainbow bear jelly to just not have a bomb strapped to its chest
