Vivian - Paper Mario The Thousand Year Door

After many suggestions I had updated this to the villains cast.

The 2024 remake of The Thousand-Year Door reconfirmed that Vivian is trans through a scene where she talks about how it took time for her to realize she was her brothers' sister and not their brother.
