im happy to announce im back! im continuing my work on sonic HEAVY METAL! here is another pic of level 2

here is a new badnik! it's called Tigewire!

you might have seen this image... YES! it is an animated cutscene! by yours truly. there will probably be three or four of these cutscenes. the one issue with this is that scratch seems to be a bit buggy when it comes to sprites with lots of costumes.
