I’m adding three new antagonists to my game and introducing a new mechanic

I’m creating a new antagonist, not replacing the existing one, but adding another. I want somebody to make design and GLB that resembles this owl monster, but with a cloak or something similar since he hates the light, and the game is set in the evening.
