Important Announcement


Hello everyone, I have started to resume part time into this project. I would love to go full time however for my schedule I am very packed with school and my life as an athlete however I am still working on this game a lot and it has almost been a year when I first started development on this game, I have done a lot of things however I need to finish a lot of stuff too, such as the inventory, as of now only 2 inventory slots function out of the 8 that I have made, lots of bugs, performance issues, and SCP development and interaction and item systems.

Procedural world generation will NOT be included on version 0.1.0 sad but as someone relatively new to Unreal Engine for such an advanced system I plan to add this to 0.2.0 however to compensate I plan on hand making a map bigger than the SCP CB procedural generation system.

Light containment, SCP 173 and 106 and possibly 049 and majority of LCZ rooms from CB as well as my own will be present in 0.1.0.

I get its a little disappointing but I am trying to get a playable state ASAP without ruining the experience and limit bugs.

I’m not just another one of those people who mimic the game and improve graphics with worse gameplay, I am putting lots of hours into solely playing SCP Containment Breach to get even the smallest of details down. SCP CB is a huge sandbox horror game and it’s crazy how most recreations overlook these details that makes it truly like CB and it’s also one thing I’ve noted where these people would increase the visuals of the game and in return ruin the original CB atmosphere, I am not making SCP cb futuristic unlike most, I’m copying the atmosphere to the best of my ability while improving the visual quality and still keeping performance for most pcs to be able to run this game.

Expected release date is Mid-Late Summer 2025
