Yeah, I should probably say it right now before people freak out when there's no need for it, NO the DAMN THING ISN'T CANCELLED!!!!!!!!11!

There's been plenty of issues with the mod's development, and uh, you see, things went in a VERY specific way conveniently when I said "oh yeah, i should make a mod for Deltarune that makes it Coop!!!!!!!!!!"

This has made development SUCK, in fact, the few things that have actually been made are just a few sprites for the players and that's it, there's no code or anything truly playable right now, and i'll get into why...

...right NOW!!!!111111

You see, those convenient things that made development completely nonexistent are:

• Gamemaker suddenly stopped support for my system (Windows 7 (SHUT UP DON'T ASK)) and for those who don't know, Gamemaker is the engine both Undertale and Deltarune are made on, which, as you're probably expecting, rendered Deltarune completely UNPLAYABLE for me. No game, no testing, and so, no mod. Although I managed to get the game working again with the beta you can find on Steam, there's a couple other issues (they're like 2 actually);

• The program to mod the game ALSO stopped working on my system, and though I could still, theorically, get the thing working, I don't think it would work quite right, which is an issue as you'd expect.

• I don't
  i don't quite understand the game's code

• that's it

So i've decided that this thing will be paused for a little while, so until then i'm gonna try to work on something else which would also be related with Deltarune AND Multiplayer stuff, but it wouldn't be a Mod for a game, no, not at all, it would be more of a whole Fangame. (i hope you like platformers or i'm gonna be screwed)

I'll try to work on that first, and when i'm done there, i'll come back to this, when I actually understand how to get something like this work.

Although the stuff i've managed to do are very little, they're pretty solid, so that's cool i guess

I'd also like to tell you to expect a little change on the mod's title and name, the "Deltarune COOP" thing is just a placeholder for now, there's actually another project by the same name on Gamejolt right now, I don't wanna look like i'm trying to steal THAT other project!!!!!!!1
