IMPORTANT NEWS


I’m truly sorry for the lack of updates to Lucid. What made up chapter 2 fell apart as fast as it was created. Chapter 2 attempted things that I wasn’t capable of developing. As such the Lucid you came to know and love is going back to what it was originally designed for. Lucid was made to be short horror-puzzle games, not an expansive story game series that covered dark subjects. Long story short Lucid isn’t ending, just changing direction. Future chapters won’t have any story elements included in them, they will now be challenging horror-puzzle games. (They might include easter eggs though)

Now, to keep you guys interested in the series, I will be updating chapter 1 soon. This update will add “Hypersomniac Mode”. This new mode will make the game a LOT harder. So if you are looking for a harder challenge to tie you over until chapter 2 drops, this mode is for you. What makes it harder is for you to discover. Also for anyone that beats Hypersomniac Mode, take a screenshot of the end and dm it to me on Twitter to earn Day-Zero access to chapter 2!

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
