In Pac-Man World 3 Pac introduces himself by asking "Did someone say cake?" BUT this is the first time cake was mentioned in the whole game.

The Pac-Man seen in Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures isnt the original Pac-Man, its Pac, but everyone calls him Pac-Man.
Yum-Yum, Pinky, Inky, Sue, and Clyde have all been depicted as green ghosts at some point.
Pac-Man Vs refers to ghosts by their color instead of their name, so green might be Funky.
