I been writing and thinking about an underswap take for months. I will start sharing some things about it so someone that sees it can interact and give an opinion! It is kinda weird.
In Chapter 5, Flowey appears (for some reason) and tells Ralsei that he can gain freedom by absorbing the player's soul—Kris's soul. This ties into a prophecy about Ralsei needing to sacrificing himself (which whit freedom he may not need to do)

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
