Incident Details:
Jefferson Williams was last tasked with working on site at the "Valorie's Play Pen" area in Yap's HyperMart. This area was under maintenance the time of the incident and Jefferson was called on site to do a diagnostic on the interactive attraction "Valorie". When security footage was reviewed it is seen that the technician was apparently in a hazard range of the attraction, which the suggested standing range is 10 feet away. The attraction "bit" down on Jefferson's head, causing him to suffer fatal fractures and lacerations to his skull and brain. An employee overseeing Jefferson called emergency services right after the incident occurred.
