Short answer, no.
Bill's is no longer being developed in Scratch. The game engine has changed over the time, and probably will keep like this until I find one that I'm more comfortable with.
The Future
The devlog and Q&A (that I announced A LONG time ago) will be posted eventually in the near future, since development has being going smoothly. Stay tuned for that.
I once promised you a FNaF fan-game made in Scratch, and there will be. Just wait and I promise to not disappoint.

Hey so uhhh... I did something!
It obviously has a lot of flaws, but it was done it a bit more than 48 hours so I guess its not that bad...
