Is Sans the (sort of) newest charactet in Smash judging on when his game actually came out?

This entire diorama is a low quality build. Cardboard + hot glue used to build up the base. Cheap paint from Walmart. The display base is from the dollar store along with the grass. Fence is from a boat model kit I found at a thrift store for $8.
