I designed Echo's non-Sonic.EXE Parody Design for fun. because I am not good at EXE Designs and due to just wanting to make something simply I mostly just did little things.

updated Echo. basically a fact about her is part of being inspired by Harken is that she has a Noise Meter in a sense that she hunts victims with, if filled too much she becomes enraged, trading in her hearing for sight.
