Is this bad or unhealthy?


Is it bad or unhealthy that whenever I have to voice act a part where a character is crying and in distress, and I find something that makes me cry and makes me feel as if I'm in distress for my lines to show actual emotion instead of trying when I'm calm and it sounding terrible and non-convincing?
