Hello there everyone.

It's me, the dev for One Night at Gumball's. It's been a crazy new year, and I'm gonna have to be honest with you all. I haven't gotten much progress done on the project over these last two months, since I've been feeling very demotivated and been distracted by other projects and real life stuff.

It's been a while since I even touched the Game Maker engine due to a lot of technical issues that made the process overly complicated and demoralizing, and I was intimidated by ever trying to take it on again.

I felt like posting this, because while I want to be honest with the hundreds of people that found my project and got invested, I also want to be transparent and make things clear between me an you people.

Now, I know what some of you might be thinking, but long story short: The game is NOT cancelled.

This is a test project. It was gonna by hard from the start, both because almost no one uses Game Maker to create fnaf fangames, but I'm also a beginner dev.

The reason why I cling onto this project is because if I don't do this project, trying to make anything more ambitious would be the death of me.

It's like trying to learn how to make a house before leaning how the foundation works, you know? I've been recently more motivated to work on the project and make it functional enough to do the job as well as organize things that made things more complicated than it has to be.

While the future is very uncertain for us all, you can expect me to post a collection of early game content and get an picture of my thinking process, just for fun to see where things might go from there.
