it seems bsnes fakes pal emulation (EDIT, i was wrong, i picked the video mode option)
i switched the rom region to asia, which is pal
IT WAS WAY SLOW THAN I EXPECTED, IN ANY EMULATOR SUCH AS SNES9X
time to do one i guess
