it seems changing the background color in rainbow road seems to do this to the ending
idk if this is a scrapped feature or not
looked in the bsnes debugger and it seems its still has the rainbow road tiles and palette loaded in

i swear she looks more young than she supposed to be in this sprite (13 or 15 for the latter)
her jpn sprites are done btw
general graphics are done, tracks are going to be edited after editing general palettes
