We are already nearing the halfway point of July! I swear it feels that this year is just flying by without a care in the world. Welcome to another update for VOIDWATCH: CrossLust! Hope everyone has been keeping cool in this unbearable heat.
I am utilizing a smaller journal for this portion of the script, however as of last night we have just passed the 25% Completion milestone; at least what I currently deem as 25%. Depending on how the remainder of the writing goes, we could realistically be at 30%, but it's too soon to say for certain. Below is the updated Roadmap as of today.

There's not much to discuss in this update for the overall progress of the script, however I would like to mention something I have noticed since writing Act 2. The game's world opens up significantly upon reaching Act 2, which requires the script to have more elaboration going forward which may increase the time of completion on a day-to-day basis. Even when the script is completed, revisions in the building of the game digitally will be made on a case-by-case basis. What exactly do I mean by this?
Simply put, if there's a loose end left out of the script that would harm the overall experience should I not follow up on it; I would need to revise the section to further include details from said loose end. This is all just to ensure the story I wish to tell is consistent, interesting, and most of all, exciting. The reason I bring this up now is, as mentioned earlier; Act 2 is where the game opens up drastically. Some details may fall through the cracks throughout these updates.
We're on track to meeting our 50% goal by the end of July, and I'd say the foundations for the story are set completely and there will be plenty of surprises coming up that I'm eager putting pen to paper. Although we are on track, I am working towards surpassing 50% before the end of July; that gives us 18 Days from today until the next update. With that said, thank you for checking in on the project!
